Physical Workbooks

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen shipping method.
  • We do not control the shipping fees and therefore costs and fees are beyond the control of Behind Bars Blueprint LLC.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship physical workbooks to addresses within the United States, Canada, and select international locations. Please check your country’s availability at checkout.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Processing Time

  • Orders for physical workbooks are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • United States:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your physical workbook doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at BehindBarsBlueprint@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital Workbooks

Delivery Method

  • Digital workbooks are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment.
  • You’ll receive a secure download link to access your file. Links are valid for 30 days or 3 download attempts, whichever comes first.

Processing Time

  • Digital orders are processed automatically and available for download within minutes of purchase, barring any technical issues.

Access Issues

  • If you don’t receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. Still can’t find it? Contact us at [insert email], and we’ll resend it promptly.
  • Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their instant delivery nature, except in cases of technical error (e.g., corrupted files).

General Policies

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase by contacting us. After processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.
  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, you’re responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country.
